Tasks

  • You are the contact person for customers and business partners
  • Creation and processing of offers, invoices and other administrative documents
  • Coordination of appointments and travel bookings for the team
  • Master data management, new customer creation
  • Invoicing (order processing, creation of offers, delivery notes, invoices)
  • General coordination of office management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • At least three years of professional experience, preferably in back office management
  • Good expression in German and English
  • Confident in using MS Office and BMD NTCS
  • Organizational skills and structured way of working

Weitere Informationen

A gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,500 is required for this position. The actual salary depends on professional experience and qualifications.
