For us, sustainability is more than just a word - not only in terms of the resources used, raw materials and working methods, but also in how we treat our employees, partners and suppliers. In order to be able to do without paper, toner and other office supplies as much as possible in operational work, we have digitized our internal processes, work paperless and pay attention to the consumption of daily consumables. We select our partner companies according to strict selection criteria and pay attention to the values of our suppliers. The most important resource at SIMAX is people. That's why treating each other with respect, regular working hours and a fair remuneration system are a matter of course for us.

We are registered with IZS, the Institute for Payment Security. IZS has been the leading risk information service provider for the German temporary employment industry since 2012.
Tarifverband iGZ
We are members of the iGZ. With over 3,500 mostly small and medium-sized temporary employment agencies, the iGZ is the industry association in Germany with the largest number of members. It promotes professional exchange between decision-makers, experts and colleagues nationwide and regionally.
State certified
We are a state-certified company. As such, we meet the strict qualification requirements set by government bodies for certain trades with special skills requirements. This means that the owner or commercial manager of our company has successfully passed a state qualification test that confirms his skills and knowledge in this specific area.
